Welcome to Foursaken Feature, where we’ll provide you with additional content to use in your 4th edition D&D adventures. This week I have 4th edition versions of four items from Into the Armory.
Training Weights Level 5+
These paired bracers and anklets appear to be made of some black metal. Each of the bracers bears a small red gem, which begins to glow once the bracers have been worn for over a day.

Property: Speed decreases by 1 square of movement. -2 penalty to all Strength-, Dexterity-, and Constitution-based skill checks when you wear these weights. You don’t take the penalty to ability checks (such as a Strength check to break down a door or a Dexterity check to determine initiative in combat).
Weight: 100 lbs.
Power (Daily): Move action. You remove the weights; you lose the penalties and gain a +2 item bonus to attack and damage rolls when attacking with an unarmed attack, and you gain a free move action each round. This power lasts until the end of the encounter.
Level 15: +4 item bonus.
Level 25: +6 item bonus.
Steel Whirlwind Level 11+
The blades of this axe are thinner and wider than those of most axes, with a wicked curve, and an unusually thick handle.

This armor is made of cloth that has been ritually woven into clouds, and can allow its wearer to become as clouds too.

Power (Daily; Polymorph): Move Action. You transform into a gaseous cloud of vapor and move up to your speed. Your lose your land speed, instead gaining a perfect fly speed equal to your land speed and you can move through small cracks and tight spaces with no difficulty. You automatically escape a grab or free yourself from bonds or shackles. You can only take move actions until you return to your natural form, which you can do as a free action. While in gaseous form, you take 5 damage at the start of each of your turns until you return to your natural form.
Shield of the Saint Level 2+
This shield glows with a pure white light. Engraved on it is the image of a man drawing upon the power of his deity.
