Foursaken Planars
Welcome to Foursaken Feature. This week is Extraplanar Week, so I thought I would bring an old planescape race into 4th edition. The race I choose to update was the bariaur, a nomadic race of chaotic good centaur-like creatures with the body of a large goat that hail from the outer planes. They tend to live in flocks or herds lead by a single alpha male. Bariaurs tend to get along well with other races but they tend to be at odds with more lawful races.
I have provided here the stats for four bariaurs.
Bariaur Forager
Bariaur foragers go out and gather food for their flock. They usually carry a simple wooden club for protection.
Bariaur Flock Guardian
Bariaur flock guardians serve as the first line of defense for their flock. They are skilled warriors that charge in to battle with mighty greatclub in hand.
Bariaur Shaman
Bariaur shamans serve as their flock’s spiritual leaders, providing their people a connection to the spirits of the land.
Bariaur Alpha
Bariaur alphas serve as the leaders of the flock and are usually the flock’s strongest members.
